As M&E Coordinator you will be fundamental to the smooth running of various contracts which will require your electrical expertise in coordinating M&E packages from design stage to pre -construction to full project delivery. The projects you will be involved with will typically range in value from £25million to £50million and will consist of new build two stage projects within Healthcare and Education.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate we are looking MUST have the following
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Experience of working on 2 stage projects
• Experience of being involved at bid stage
• Experience of being involved at pre construction stage
• A good track record of managing, coordinating and delivering M&E works to the value of £5million
