My client, a well known and highly successful Manufacturing / Engineering business, is currently looking to recruit an Interim Learning and Development Officer. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be based in the West Midlands and will last initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension thereafter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of training needs and will provide a proactive and supportive service to the business.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and have a strong background in Learning and Development. In person they will be highly organised with excellent communication skills. They will be self motivated and proactive in their approach and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
