Suitable candidates will be looking to join a smaller firm comprising 2 partners and a small number of junior lawyers. The role will involve corporate support work and the candidate will ideally have M&A experience. Excellent career opportunities for the right candidate and a flexible package to match. Would suit an aspiring partner from a similar firm, who may potentially have a following.
