Whilst having a UK presence our client is looking to significantly grow its UK business that can mirror its success across Europe. Working closely with the MD you will develop strategy and a business plan that can penetrate the Corporate, OEM and Retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• To devise a short, medium and long term business plan.
• To achieve Monthly and Quarterly Targets.
• To develop relationships with Key Stakeholders in Distribution, Resellers, OEM and Retail.
• Articulate and promote the Port Designs proposition to all levels of Business Contacts.
• If necessary devise marketing plans that will have a positive impact on the Revenue share.
• To increase revenue and market share.
• Take ownership of the UK Business.

Who we're looking for
You MUST come from a Hardware/Peripheral/Accessories or Consumer Electronics Sales background. With a proven track record of developing business with some or all of the following:

Distributors (Ingram Micro, Computer 2000, Northamber etc), Resellers (Computacenter, SCC, Insight, Misco, Dabs etc), Retail (DSGi, Argos, Tesco, PC World, etc), OEM's (HP, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo). This role will involve you being a Player Manager, you will need the ability to not only devise long term business plans but to be able to go out and sell straight from the off and deliver results.

This requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong determination to make Port Designs a success in the UK
