The European Funds Client Service team is looking to recruit a Client Service Administrator in charge of the day to day running, including all aspects of client service, of our Client's UK OEIC, Dublin Liquidity Fund and other Investment Funds serviced out of London.

Working with the London-based Client Service team dedicated to Investors in our Client's European-based Investment Funds, the CSA will report to the London Client Service Administrator Team Leader.You will be required to ensure that consistent best practise is adopted across all of the European based Funds.

You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery for OEIC and Liquidity clients. This should include but is not limited to:

• Continually reviewing the client service infrastructure around the product and when necessary recommending and implementing process improvement or change;
• Client take on for pooled clients, for both intermediary and institutional clients. You will work with legal to ensure the necessary sub distribution agreements / rebates letter are in place.You will also work closely with the relevant Transfer Agent in the setting up of new clients;
• Consistent proactive approach to client take on procedures, continually looking for improvements to the process whilst remaining risk aware;
• Maintaining knowledge of all of our Client's pooled vehicles in order to fulfil the role as primary coordinator for transfers between funds including in specie transfers;
• Coordinate large deal notification / acceptance with the Fund Manager and Transfer Agent; follow up on non-receipt of subscription money and other unreconciled amounts, and administer claims relating to late payments and trades;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of renewal and commission payment standards in the UK market place and should work closely with the Financial Controller's area to ensure that commission payments are made on a timely basis;
• Build strong relationships with the client base in particular within the Liquidity product, where possible anticipating flows and requirements;
• Responsible for all aspects of client reporting for pooled clients, including pricing information, investment reports, trustee reports etc.

Who we're looking for
As the successful candidate, you will have:
• Strong focus on internals clients including, the UK intermediary Sales team, UK institutional Sales teams, the SICAV and OEIC Product Managers as well as colleagues in Product Development.
• Should be educated to degree level or equivalent with exceptional communication skills.
• Have funds experience.
• Will be expected to display a high level of risk awareness and the ability to meet strict deadlines and to work well and accurately under pressure are essential.
• Other European languages are required.
