Excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney to join one of the City's leading Media practices.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking to recruit a Trade Mark Attorney (ideally ITMA qualified) to take on a key role as part of our leading Rights Practice. The firm prides itself on its technical quality, professionalism and level of client service, whilst remaining friendly, informal and supportive. Ideal candidates will be able to handle a significant prosecution workload. Although they are offering an existing workload, stronger candidates will have a following and the opportunity to develop his/her own workload in a professional yet friendly working environment.
About our client
Leading Corporate rights firm covering:
• Search and clearance for new marks, UK, CTM, and Madrid filings
• Other national filings globally via the firm's international associates
• Reviewing trade mark and design portfolios
• Dealing with registry objections, oppositions, revocations, coexistence agreements
• Corporate and Litigation support services
