Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director in a rapidly expanding transatlantic service business, to assume responsibility for key elements of the sales function within the UK. Your key objective will be to significantly increase revenue through proactive management of the existing account base, by motivating and managing the existing sales team and personally identifying and developing new customers and markets. To create and implement detailed sales plans in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Director to generate a minimum of 15% annual growth for the UK business from existing and new sources. To motivate and manage the existing sales\account management team consisting of 4 people and to recruit, train and manage additional members as required
Who we're looking for
• Significant experience in selling travel related services to large 'city' type customers & travel agencies
• Experience of managing large accounts and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience of building and managing effective sales teams
