Excellent opportunity for a Banking Lawyer, specialising in PFI/PPP Projects to work in the London office of this national practice. Part of both the Banking Team and the Projects Team, you will be responsible for dealing with finance/banking issues within the Projects Group, and act for both Banks and also for Borrowers.
The opportunity arises following the appointment of a new Partner into the team, working with a variety of specialists in other departments within the firm's offices both in London, elsewhere nationally and internationally.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have experience within the PFI/PPP fields, to work closely with the new Partner and also demonstrating ability and knowledge of working within a larger banking team.
