Your role would be Purchasing Manager you will lead and motivate a team do deliver outstanding results. With a strong relationship and negotiation focus you identify key savings to maximise profit.
Who we're looking for
• A record of success buying a variety of foods and or hospitality non consumables
• Ability to develop good relationships with all major supply lines
• Someone who can validate, negotiate savings and identify methods for cost effectiveness
• Good communication skills
• Good IT skills
You must have a proven ability to manage at team within a buying environment. People and relationship building should be a passion and you will focus on long term business partnerships.
