Responsible for the planning, development, management, control and delivery of projects within cost and programme to meet both company and client objectives.
Duties will include;
Produce 'Project Management Plans' to include work content and scope management, time scheduling, resourcing, cost management and change control systems.
Communication, monitoring and reporting system with feedback for early resolution of problems and identification of opportunities.
Establish an effective change control system to minimise interruption to the project.
Identify critical success factors, KPI's, and feedback into monitoring and reporting systems.
Manage projects whilst on site, control contractors, sub-contractors, and manage other teams of professionals to meet agreed project timescales.
Maintain accurate and timely office records.
Attend and actively participate in meetings as appropriate, circulating information before meetings where required.
Lead internal project management meetings, actively participate in weekly Progress meetings, and measure progress against agreed targets.
Who we're looking for
Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering projects to deadline and budget, you will be comfortable dealing with clients on a day to day basis and working to cost programmes.
