This Compensation & Benefits officer role will service the head office population as well as the distribution centre and store staff.
The key accountabilities will be the review and benchmark of the corporate C & B provision and the recommendation of competitive reward packages in the current market. You will be responsible for the regular review of the benefits providers and to ensure that these are cost effective and of value to the employee population.
This position will require regular communication with the payroll department along side the analysis of data to support recommendations and make positive changes which will also improve retention.
Another key area will be the pay review and process for head office and participate in salary surveys and benchmarking. You will also take responsibility for the planning, review and drafts of bonuses up to store management level while managing all of the benefits programmes and liaising with providers.

Who we're looking for
To become the successful Compensation & Benefits Officer you will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:
• Exposure to Compensation & Benefits activities within an HR function.
• The ability to analyse data effectively.
• Strong communication skills using a number of Mediums.
• An excellent attention to detail and numeric capability.
• The credibility to support proposals with evidence.
• The flexibility to react to a changing environment and promote forward thinking.
• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards.
