As a General Manager you will be fully accountable for a large contract in Central London. Your responsibility will involve developing and delivering improved operations. You influence will cover key areas such as:
• Recruitment and training of your management team
• Full financial accountability of the site
• Multi-site management of a number of outlets
• Relationship management with the client
Who we're looking for
A proven food service candidate who has had exposure to larger business- maybe a premium restaurant chain, or quality lead retailer with a strong food service element. Your most recent role must be at the unit management level or above in a high volume site delivering over £60k/week.
