B2B Channel Marketing Manager

Working in conjunction with a leading mobile operator you will set and deliver the quarterly Marketing plan to deliver significant revenue growth with indirect partners and corporate customers. This will involve:

• Responsibility for the achievement of financial (e.g. revenue, net activation, P&L targets) and business targets (e.g. Channel Programme effectiveness - ROI, market share, category leadership)through indirect channels.
• Work with the network operator to develop, communicate and implement jointly agreed Marketing Objectives/ Strategies/ - leveraging all elements of the Marketing Mix.
• Responsible for forecasting, budget/ expense planning and management, programme tracking, measurement.
• Grow number and seniority of relationships within the operator indirect business and Corporate channels.
• Be responsible for building and managing relationships with key marketing executives within the operator to increase mindshare/ awareness/ market share
• Ensure and contribute to the successful launch of new products - in conjunction with the operator indirect channel.

Who we're looking for
• The candidate needs to able to 'hit the ground running' - therefore telecommunication knowledge or indirect channel understanding is a prerequisite
• Pan-European/ EMEA skills are desirable
• Knowledge of EU cultures and cultural sensitivity is paramount - must be demonstrable
• Sensitivity and skills in dealing with North American business culture desirable
• A proven track record paramount - that demonstrates strategic use of marketing tools to achieve financial objectives e.g. programmes that have resulted in increased revenues, growth in market share
• Has financial ability - can handle a P&L, has knowledge of zero-based budgeting i.e. can formulate and negotiate a budget and achieve it accurately.
