Our client's highly-rated dispute resolution group is thriving and extremely busy. The group handles a range of contentious media work, including intellectual property, defamation and privacy work. They act for high profile individual and corporate clients across the media sectors. Our client is committed to expanding its dispute resolution group and are now looking for a technically excellent litigation partner who is committed to building a practice in a media-focussed environment.
Who we're looking for
You will have an existing following and good business development skills. A sound grasp of intellectual property, defamation and privacy law and experience of High Court litigation and mediation are essential, as is an ability to work as part of a tightly-knit team.
