As Training Manager you will be responsible for developing a group Training and Communication plan in line with the corporate strategy. Your key focus will also be around leadership development, and designing and delivering training solutions to the top 200 managers within the business.
Other responsibilities include;
• Reviewing all induction processes and programmes to ensure consistency and best practice
• Developing and delivering appropriate training materials in response to training needs identified and ad hoc business needs
• Monitoring the quality of training and measuring the benefits
• Developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate communication processes in line with business needs
• Overseeing internal communications
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for an experienced Training Manager, who has experience of operating at both a strategic level, and developing the strategy and also operationally, designing and developing training solutions.
You will have extensive management development experience, as well as proven experience of leading and supporting a team.
The role is based in the West Midlands but does require you to travel to other sites.
