Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Officer based in the London office will be responsible for providing excellent HR support to both head office and site based employees. Key responsibilities of the role will include dealing with trade unions, TUPE transfers, redundancies, employee relations and first line support to all line managers.
Who we're looking for
CIPD qualified, the successful Human Resources Officer will ideally possess experience from within the rail, construction or manufacturing industries and have a broad knowledge of ER and generalist HR policies. Further, you will:
*possess the ability to work in an autonomous environment
*the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
