This is new role within the constabulary handling application to Magistrates Courts including ASBO's, Sex Offenders Register and Licensing issues.
The role is likely to last a minimum of 3 months while the Constabulary consider creating a permanent role meaning it may go on beyond 6 months while interviews take place.
Who we're looking for
Our client requires a candidate who is well versed in handling Magistrates Court applications. Ideally the right candidate will have a working knowledge of ASBO's, applications surrounding the Sex Offenders Register and Licensing matters but this is not essential if a suitable level of expertise in Magistrates Court applications is apparent.
A background in public sector Civil Litigation would be considered as beneficial.
