Legal Counsel

As legal counsel for the structured funds team, your responsibilities will include:
• Working with traders, salespeople, other colleagues and representatives of clients in London and other time zones.
• Using in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of economic and legal concepts to help document highly profitable deals for the bank.
• Managing, with support, the legal development of a deal from start to finish.
• Analyzing documents and drafting amendments to them in a precise manner: this job is intellectually rigorous and highly stimulating.
• Engaging and supervising external counsel where appropriate.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified lawyer with previous structured products/finance experience. UCITS III experience is also extremely desirable
