The oil & gas team is one of the largest in Scotland and deals with many major oil companies. The Oil & Gas team advises on the following matters on a regular basis:

Acquisition and disposal of UKCS Licence interests
Funding for field acquisition and development
Contracts for seismic, drilling and development operations
Bidding/AMI and collaboration agreements
Farm-in agreements
Operating agreements
Transportation and Processing Agreements
Hydrocarbon sales agreements
Joint venture agreements
Sale and purchase
Technology Licensing
Fundraising
Commercial Contracts

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar firm. There are a range of positions available and all levels will be considered.
