To work with and support the Communications Manager in executing internal employee communications programmes, that deliver compelling, open communications, delivered how employees want, that articulate and reinforce the company vision & strategy/business objectivesand that support the employment brand proposition of all employees.
Who we're looking for
• Good copywriting and editing skills with excellent level of English literacy (PR or journalistic background useful)
• Proven ability to build strong personal networks
• Web/intranet management/developmentknowledge
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to understand sometimes complex business issues and translate them into relevant language
• Understanding of implications of communication on various audiences
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment background a plus
• Presentable with an outgoing personality and approach to helping others and willingness to perform routine tasks and learn the business.
• Proactive and positive attitude
