Production Manager

Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the site to ensure that customers receive the correct end product, of the highest quality standards, in agreed timescales.

Who we're looking for
Degree qualified, you will have an electrical biased background. Previous experience in a managerial role and a proven track record in man-management, ideally in a Manufacturing Management role is preferred. Experience of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing are essential and previous experience of change within an organisation is preferred.

Our client is based in the North West and is a market leader within the sector of General Manufacturing. Due to the increased demand of the organisation, a position for a Production Manager has arisen.
