A dedicated and specialist lawyer is required to represent and advise clients in Financial services. You will provide advice to financial service institutions and corporates on FSA regulatory investigations and enforcement actions and on dispute resolution with clients and counter parties. The ideal candidate will have completed their pupillage at a good set of Chambers and ideally had further experience to that.
The current structure of the Litigation/Dispute Management area is made up of 7 partners, 2 Associates and 7 Assistants.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will have excellent people management, communication and organisational skills. They should be flexible, client centred and possess a "can do" attitude to work. They will enjoy working as part of a small but committed team and be able to liaise at all levels. Previous experience in a litigation environment and / or financial services work would be preferred but is not essential.
