The interim Training Manager will bebased inLondon but with significant EMEA travel.

Working with local HR Teams to identify training needs and solutions
Developing new workshops where required
Deliver career management and management development workshops in EMEA
Organising additional 3rd party workshops in EMEA as required

Who we're looking for
Strong track record of developing and delivering management and personal development workshops
Experience of working in a complex global/regional organisation
Will have worked in a highly matrixed organisation
Have an understanding of the latest thinking in adult development
Experience of delivering workshops across EMEA
