Purpose of Role

- Part of team responsible for delivering accurate and timely reports to allGerman and Swissclients.
- Maintain good relationships with all teams providing content of client reports - portfolio admin, portfolio managers, performance, desktop publishing group.
- Work as part of the team on projects to improve content and delivery of client reports - both on a tactical basis and as part of the Trident Client Reporting project.
- Work as part of the team to improve management reports for client reporting including centralising of distribution lists through Onyx.
- Work as part of the team to maintain good relationships with client service teams.

Who we're looking for
Specific Technical Knowledge/Qualifications

- Must beGerman speaker
- Proficient user of excel, word, adobe acrobat
- Good understanding of financial services industry
- Good understanding of performance/asset allocation
Ideally experience in Client Reporting

- A flexible approach to work with ability to be proactive and also responsive
- Application of creative thinking to problems and systems/process enhancements
- Absolute attention to detail and high degree of accuracy when working under pressure
- Ability to prioritise own workload and respond to immediate deadlines
