This role will involve working closely with the senior management team to advise on recruitment best practice and demonstrate ways that will improve and increase the current level of new employees into the business. The role will cover three regions across the North of England and will require will require travel between sites. This is role will give the successful candidate fantastic exposure to a fast paced and rapidly expanding business.

Who we're looking for
You must have experience of managing volume recruitment campaigns from initial job brief compiling, to advertising and brand awareness. This role is operational but also has a strategic, element where you will partner key stakeholders in the business to discuss and advise on attraction strategies and to analyse the effectiveness of current recruitment practices, so you must have the ability to influence and positively challenge your clients. It would be an advantage if you have recruited engineers in a large geographical area.
