This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR BP to make a difference in an already hugely successful organisation. You will be aligned to the one or more business areas and your primary responsibilities will include; building and sustaining relationships with Senior Managers, developing business HR Strategy and subsequently devising plans to deliver this within the business.
Within this role you will be the custodian of Change Management, working with the Business to drive, develop and facilitate changes while coaching the Managers to ensure consistency across the business.
Additionally you will drive positive Employee Relations across the business and add value to the business through People Development ensuring that Managers are delivering in line with the Business Values and Strategy.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Highly developed relationship and influencing skills
• Proven record of Strategic thinking and delivery
• CIPD Qualified
• Extensive proven record as an HR Generalist
• Vast experience within Change Management projects
•Sound understanding of UK Employment Law and Practises
