You will be responsible forthe coordination of pricing supplement/ final terms production for the bank, reviewing fixed income / equity pricing supplements/ final terms / standalone docs, in particular note issues linked to structured fixed income payoffs/ equity shares and index baskets. You will also review or production of related documentation; e.g. distribution agreements, note program documentation / updates.

Who we're looking for
You will be practising as a paralegaland have studied the LPC or a newly qualified Lawyer with relevant documentation experience.
