As the interim HR Consultant you will be responsible for the following duties;
• Deliver advice and guidance to managers on the HR policies and procedures and best practice on complex HR practice and procedure
• Contribute to the improvement in management capability via coaching of managers on the telephone, and through coaching workshops.
• Interpret policies/practice and employment law, set custom and practice and maintain consistency in advice and guidance.
• Capture and accurately record all case information on the appropriate systems.
• Contribute to the identification of issues from call referral and recommend remedial action working with level 1 advisors and Business Partners.
• Co-ordinating HR Services/Case Management activity in ad hoc projects such as business change programs and HR initiatives to ensure we follow HR policies and procedures and operate within the law.
• Act as an account manager in HR Case Management to HR Business Partners in relevant business area and provide support as needed.
• Interpret and identify trends in HR Case Management MI and recommend pro-active solutions to Managers
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a HR Consultant who is available at short notice, and with broad ranging generalist HR advisory experience. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills couple with a hands-on, positive attitude.
