Housing Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of properties part of our clients Shared Ownership scheme. You will have line responsibility for a number of individuals. You will be required to work closely with internal departments and attend project team meetings to ensure the receipt of timely and relevant information. You will also be required to liaise closely with external Key Stakeholders, including partner Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities, the Housing Corporation and Key Employer Groups. The successful candidate will be required to drive the implementation of a strategic plan for Shared Ownership schemes taking account of local circumstances and client groups. You will need to be fully aware of all policies and procedures including any legal or regulatory requirements.You need to ensure the accuracy of websites and property specifications, and that all marketing tools are within the confines of the Property Misdescriptions Act.

Who we're looking for
• Successful, enthusiastic, results orientated Sales Manager with some experience in Marketing.
• Experience of growing and driving sales and providing a quality service for customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Understanding of Low Cost Home Ownership is desirable, more important is your ability to communicate, be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative and be able to prioritise your workload and objectives.
• Organised and excellent negotiator.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This role will involve travel and so it is essential that you are willing to do this and have a clean driving license.
