This role will involve advising on a range of general banking issues.
Who we're looking for
You will have:
• Proven experience of advising on a range of banking and / or project finance
• Experience of running high value transactions with minimal partner supervision
• Experience of mentoring and supervising less experienced team members on a range of transactions
• Proven experience of negotiating on behalf of clients
• A clear understanding of the commercial issues involved in finance transactions
• Taking an active role in technical debate in your current or previous roles by contributing your knowledge both within and without the firm, for instance by publishing articles and/or by delivering presentations and training;
• Establishing, developing and maintaining client relationships with and obtaining instructions from identified target and existing clients
• An understanding of the importance of accurate and efficient time recording as well as the need for efficient financial matter management.
