Our client is looking for an experienced business relationship manager for this high profilearea of this highly regarded company. Your role will be to lead a motivated and focussed team in a changing, evolving and progressive time for this brand.
Who we're looking for
A proven retail branch manager with a track record of success in commercial performance and also highly effective people leadership and development.
Financial
• Deliver Income growth from own portfolio including lending volume, margin and fee capture.
• Achieve acquisition targets to deliver growth in net business stock.
• Achieving Cross sales in key product areas.
People
• Take responsibility for and plan your own ongoing professional development including completion of relevant Business Relationship Manager training and development programmes.
Customer
• Develop and implement a local marketing plan as directed by Line manager to include relevant networking activity, in order to achieve a high profile for the Bank in the local business market.
• Deliver outstanding service through the skilled use of the Business Service Review process s to identify and meet customer needs.
The Individual
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent sales, networking and credit skills.
• Strong Planning and Organising skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
