Interim Consultant

We are looking for an Interim HR Consultant to work for our public sector client on a specific project position. This is likely to be a fairly short term position, but there may be future opportunities within the organisation. You will be responsible for looking at contracts of employment, comparing new t&c's with existing, managing the transfer of employees to the new terms and project managing the process.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for an immediately available HR Consultant who can start at fairly short notice and commit to the project timeframe. Ideally you will have had previous experience of working in an environment where change has taken place and had involvement with either introduction of new terms and conditions, harmonisation of terms and condition or tupe transfers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, coupled with a credible, organised approach.
