To ensure that all the organisations marketing events, promotions and customer event programmes take place to a time scale, within budget and in line with the quality of the brand, ensuring that all commercial and operational guidelines are adhered to at all times.

Who we're looking for
Michael Page Marketing is looking for an Events Coordinator who will:
• Plan, organise, manage and implement all approved events activity
• Provide an events platform for internal and external customers
• Plan, organise, manage and implement national events e.g. Motor Show, Goodwood Festival of Speed and Highclere, to specified time-scales. Including responsibility for budget and delivery
• Research, brief and liaise with suitable Agencies/ Business Partners to negotiate resource and budgets on approved activity.
• Research the brand activities from other worldwide markets and UK competitor activities, with a view to their contribution or threat to our own marketing effort
• Attend and manage organisation events, involving an amount of unsociable hours
• Maintain familiarity with Brand product, company developments and market situation to ensure optimum promotional response.
• Plan and co-ordinate follow up communication, to measure effectiveness of all event activities and sales promotions.
• Plan and organise the effective implementation of the brand events kit in support of national and global requirements.
• Liaise with the AG brand regarding product launch programmes and customer event activities.
• To understand and assist in the delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
