Reporting into the HR Manager you will provide full HR support with specific responsibility for high level international issues. Additional responsibilities include:
• Coordination of the annual salary review for expatriate employees so that consistency is applied in performance reward. Advising managers of job matching results confirmed from overseas and managing any necessary action with regards to promotion or salary review, keeping all relevant parties informed as necessary
• Promote employee development in an international context . Diagnose learning needs, for staff entering international/cross cultural situations and monitor development programmes
• Work towards developing the competencies of the 'country manager' through international assignments
• Ensure employee relations matters are managed efficiently and effectively bearing UK legislation and overseas culture and
Who we're looking for
You will be degree educated combined with extensive generalist experience. In addition you will ideally have experience within the Oil & Gas sector. International experience and a full CIPD would be beneficial
