Warehouse Supervisor

As a Distribution & Warehouse Supervisor you will ensure all Inventory, Despatch, Warehouse and Transport targets are achieved on a daily, shift by shift basis. In addition you will ensure the pick & pack teams deliver on time with 100% accuracy on a partially automated site which involves some manual labour.

Other key delivery areas include -

• Prioritising workloads to ensure optimal output achieved on each shift
• Issue performance and delivery reports for management on weekly basis
• Accountable for continuous improvement within the area in relation to Safety/Quality/Output
• Engage all operators within the area and ensure clear goals and expectations established within area of responsibility
• Ensure all operators are trained within the area and comply with quality standards

Who we're looking for
The role of Warehouse Supervisor is to create an environment where people who work in the supply chain want to achieve the best possible standard of service and quality for customers.

• Proven track record in Warehouse Team Leading in FMCG environments
• Individuals with the ability to drive change and deliver results
• Full awareness of Health, Safety, Security legislations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAP functionality within a warehouse environment
•Knowledge of cycle counting
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Analytical mind, capable of solving problems quickly and effectively
• Strong customer focus
