This is a management role, which centres around leadership development and issues and themes. This is done by providing program support in the diagnosis, design, delivery, implementation & evaluation of policies, products and initiatives. In doing so this will enhance the managerial and leadership capabilities of the management structure.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
• Demonstrable capability of leading and driving change at the strategic level.
•Highly commercial and have an excellent business acumen
• Ability to collaborate with and engage senior management in order to ensure the project is successful delivered.
