As the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Practice you will be working within the Logistics and Distribution section of the department, developing solutions around Supply Chain Network Design, Warehouse Modelling and Optimisation and Transport Modelling and Optimisation.
Your role with have three main parts:
• Business Development: Assisting Partners and Directors with pre-sales work, and developing leads of your own, you will be required to generate new business for the practice, as well as nurturing existing accounts to bring about further projects with them.
• Project Delivery: As Senior Manager, you will be running projects with teams of around 8-15 consultants. On most projects you deliver, you will be the main point of contact for the account, and will responsible for up keeping the SLA in place as well as ensuring the project is running to schedule.
• Coaching and Development: With your prior Consultancy and/or Line experience you will be heavily involved in the training of Analysts, Consultants and Managers.
Being based in either London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool or other regional offices, you will be required to travel around the UK, to client site, and for meeting in the London office
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for Senior Manager - Supply Chain will have a number of the following:
• A good Degree from a top University
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain Consultancy market
• Experience in managing large scale transformation projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics across sectors such as FMCGs, Automotive, Aerospace, Food, although this is not exhaustive.
• Evidence of having worked at a similar level of Senior Manager.
