The main areas of focus for the role will be to:
• Manage a number of lucrative contracts, inclusive of manufacturing, installation and maintenance.
• Manage the P&L
• Attain and maintain revenue targets for the business.
• Manage, lead and develop the Operations team
• Ensure that all service level agreements are being achieved
• Implement, maintain and manage all internal procedures to gain total customer satisfaction.
• Control and schedule sub contract labour to ensure best value at all times
• Develop and practice strong knowledge and understanding of customer profitability, loyalty and retention
• Produce reports to timescales in the agreed format
• Produce plans for the control of output, spending and labour efficiency
• Ensure quality of service meets customer expectations
• Ensure delivery of service is on time to meet customer requirements
• Establish relationships with other business managers
• Support the implementation of new projects and initiatives
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will be from an installations background having proven leadership skills and the ability to drive change and implement. You will also have:
• Proven track record of contract management
• Good understanding of financials and utilisation of budgets
• Good Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness and strong change management skills
• People management, leadership and coaching skills
• Good customer manner and strong ability to build/maintain relationships
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent communication Skills
• Speed of thought, prioritisation and decision making
• Demonstrate operational excellence
• The ability to think strategically to find solutions / develop ideas and plans for improvement
• Good problem solving skills
• IT literate
• Good Time Management Skills
• Self motivated, works well under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
