This is an exciting role for a dynamic and skilled HR professional. The key responsibilities of the role cover the full generalist remit but include:-
• Developing the store recruitment team.
• Training need analysis and coaching/supportfor in-storeHR team, management team and line management
• Managing performance of the management team
• Ensuring D&G and ER policies are known and adhered to
• Planning staff deployment with the GM

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for:-
• Strong man management and motivational skills to directly manage a team of HR professionals and build strong key relationships with the relevant stakeholders
• A good and comprehensive knowledge of employment law
• A strong manager who has had exposure to a wide range of ER issues
• A working knowledge of payroll systems would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A background in retail

What's on offer
A package of between £30,000 and £33,000 is on offer subject to experience.
