The ER Manager will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for managing the ER team on providing advice and support to a designated sector. This will include setting objectives for the team, work allocation, conducting performance reviews, identifying development needs as well as a range of ER issues.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a strong employee relations knowledge and the ability to manage a team.
