Working alongside the Policy Manager, this is a unique opportunity to work with a growing retail business and develop policies for this diverse organisation. This role will focus on research and development in order to create best practice and achieve commercial objectives. Based in London, this role will work as part of the Corporate Human Resources team for Head Office
Who we're looking for
Either from a generalist or specialist background, you will have a particular passion for project work and enjoy developing policies. CIPD qualification is preferred

What's on offer
Between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on experience
