As an Area Manager you will be responsible for driving forward the sales and service levels of a specialised team of Mortgage Advisors throughout the North East.

Who we're looking for
• Full CeMap is a minimum expectation for the role.
• Experience of managing qualified Mortgage Advisors would be very beneficial.
• A proven track record of exceptional sales and service results from your previous roles.
• The ability to provide examples of people development and training.
• Ability to influence at all levels and take responsibility for driving your part of the business forward.
• Strong planning skills.
