An excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join a leading global company. You key responsibilities will include:

• Managing team members on a daily basis, creating and maintaining a positive, safe and productive working environment.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Manage the daily labour plan to ensure targets are met.
• Ownership of team development.

Who we're looking for
You skill set should include the following:
• Shift Operations or Team Management experience within a fast moving and changing work environment such as FMCG or high volume manufacturing.
• Ability to implement and interpret business critical KPIs
• Ability to solve problems, generate solutions and make justified decisions that influence key stakeholders
• Experience in the successful use and practice of continuous improvement tools and methods (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
