Head of Projects fully responsible for all minor works on this unique and extensive outsourcing contract covering the North Westand Midlands. Responsible for a multi-million pound budget and with extensive client facing accountabilities you willbe expected to service requirements efficiently and effectively whilst expanding work flow securing further opportunities.

Who we're looking for
A well established Facilities professional that has a well formed track record of success and in depth knowledge of how to service projects within the parameters of an outsourcing contract. A first rate communicator you will be expected to be comfortable liaising at all levels of business and be able to fully utilise available resources.

A significant facilities provider responsible for managing the contract in place with one of the UK's largest businesses.

What's on offer
Up to £60,000 + car + package.
