As Project Manager you will be overseeing a commercial project based in the Oxfordshire region on which you will be number 1 on site. You will required to ensure the overall running of the project ensuring that all deadlines and budgets are met within client specification. You will also be responsible for all subcontractor performance, HSE procedures and policies and client updates.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will have previous experience in the commercial fit out industry and have managed projects from inception through to handover. You will be able to demonstrate the skills outlined above and have a natural ability to lead a successful team and have an excellent communication manner. A background in a commercial fit out industry would be beneficial but not essential.
