Reporting to the Head of sales, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing Key National Accounts and developing relationships to improve the network coverage of independent retailers. marketing will support Sales by helping to generate leads although proactivity will also be required in order to reach and exceed targets.
Good internal relations will be required as will the ability to conduct market analysis when necessary. Undercover audits will be performed regularly on the client base to ensure compliance and relationship building with these customers will be crucial.
Working from home in Birmingham / West Midlands area
Who we're looking for
Good salespeople with at least 12-18 months experience in the Field
Must be used to dealing with Independent retailers
Strong rapport builders
Used to working to Targets
Creative and strategically minded executives
