Reporting to Group Accounting Manager, your duties will be:

• Group consolidation of subsidiary accounts (UK GAAP).
• Carry out internal audit ensure robust business controls are in place as well as commercial decision support.
• Due Diligence of current and forth coming acquisitions.
• Project work on management identified business cases.
• Audit of business models. This will allow you to gain a greater understanding of business reporting, external communication and financial software packages.

Who we're looking for
I am looking for a qualified (ACA, ACCA) accountant. You will ideally have audit exposure and have prior exposure of auditing service clients.
