As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial fit out projects based nationwide. The projects will predominantly fall under the commercial office fit out market with values ranging from £500k to £3m. Each project will be lead by a Project Manager who will report to you. Previous man management skills are essential as is the ability to communicate both effectively and efficiently. Overall responsibility of project deadlines will be your responsibility.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Contracts Manager will have a proven backgorund in thecommercial office fit outsector. You will also have the ability to demonstrate strong client communication skills and previously have managed multiple projects ranging up to the value of £2m. Flexibility in location is also essential as you will be required to manage projects based nationally.
