Our Client'sSupply Chain Consultancy Practice is a market leading team providing pragmatic solutions to clients. As a Supply Chain Consultant / Senior Consultant within this practice, you will be exposed to the breadth of supply chain activities whilst also deepening your knowledge in the areas of your choice.
You'll work within a specialist area with a passionate and dedicated team of subject matter experts who undoubtedly count as some of the top practitioners in their field. We are committed to growing this capability significantly, offering new team members the opportunity to develop a highly specialised career. You'll receive structured training to help develop your technical and consulting skills.
You'll broaden your skill set and develop quickly by gaining access to the highest levels of client liaison. You'll work on complex, high-profile projects across a range of clients within a range of industries.
The role involves:
Leading sourcing diagnostics;
Running strategic sourcing projects - under EU procurement rules;
Leading organisation design and development;
Supporting procure-to-pay and eprocurement developments;
Outsourcing advisory; and
Supplier relationship management initiatives.
Manage junior members of team
Who we're looking for
To qualify, you'll have:
Minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent
Supply chain related or similar analytical based degree or equivalent
Relevant experience in supply chain environment and sourcing and procuring
Ideally with Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or similar professional qualification or equivalent
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
Experience in using Microsoft software in an analytical environment including MS Access
Knowledge of supply chain modelling and simulation tools (e.g CAST, Paragon, CLASS)
Full travel mobility
