As Project Manager, you will be responsible for all project variations on major PFI projects, the majority of which are in the BSF sector. These will range in value from 200k up to 10m, and will encompass major refits and D+B variations from the original contract. You will be responsible for the full project management of these ventures, from procurement of contractors right through to the hand over to the end user.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will be comfortable working in both the major refit and new build arenas. A background in education would be advantageous, as would a knowledge of procurement within a PFI framework, though neither are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to deal efficiently with either end users or clients are core requirements.
